About you

• Experience in logistics, warehouse or operational coordination roles
• Experience working with transport providers and coordinating deliveries

Duties

• Coordinate the preparation, packing and dispatch of materials and equipment
• Ensure materials are delivered accurately
• Take responsibility for dangerous goods compliance and shipment sign-off
• Maintain accurate records of materials
• Resolve any issues
• Monitor dispatch schedules
• Work with transport providers and logistics partners to coordinate deliveries
• Manage logistics requirements across the full lifecycle
• Other adhoc duties
