Artemis Human Capital is recruiting a Finance & Client Accounting Manager to join a highly ambitious organisation. This is a varied position combining strategic finance responsibilities with hands-on leadership of a client accounting function.
You will play a key role in supporting business decision-making while ensuring a high standard of financial service delivery to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Finance & Strategy
- Prepare monthly management accounts and performance reports
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions
- Lead annual budgeting and cashflow forecasting
- Liaise with external finance support and oversee financial processes
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records
Client Accounting & Team Leadership
- Manage and develop a small client accounting team
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions
- Maintain excellent service standards for clients
- Identify and implement improvements to systems and workflows
- Support the team operationally during busy periods
Criteria:
- Experience in a finance or accounting role (management accounts, forecasting, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience managing or mentoring a team
- Systems/process improvement experience
