Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team in Nutfield. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting caring and empathetic care professionals to enable us to help support even more seniors in our local community. As our Recruiter, you will maintain a candidate-focused approach throughout the entire recruitment process. Your analytical mindset, combined with your empathetic nature, will enable you to build meaningful relationships with both candidates and internal teams, driving our organisation’s success through exceptional talent acquisition.Source, identify, and screen candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking, job fairs and direct outreach to build a robust talent pipelineConduct initial telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability, experience, and cultural fit with transparent and professional communicationManage the full recruitment lifecycle from job specification development through to offer negotiation and candidate inductionLiaise with our scheduler and HR manager to understand role requirements, competencies, and team dynamics, ensuring alignment throughout the recruitment processUtilise Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment databases efficiently to maintain organised candidate records and track progressAnalyse recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, optimise processes, and improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire outcomesCoordinate and chair interviews.Maintain knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, and best practice in recruitment to ensure all processes are conducted ethically and legallyBuild and nurture long-term relationships with candidates, creating a positive employer brand and encouraging referralsRemain resilient and flexible in a fast-paced environment, managing vacancies whilst maintaining attention to detailContribute innovative ideas to enhance recruitment strategies, improve candidate experience, and streamline operational efficiencySupport team members and collaborate on complex recruitment challenges, demonstrating a supportive and inclusive approachQualifications**Required Skills and Experience:**Proven experience of 2+ years in health or social care recruitment.Demonstrable experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy creation to candidate onboardingStrong people skills with the ability to build rapport with candidatesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in British EnglishProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment databasesCompetent time keeping and organisational abilities, with capacity to manage multiple concurrent vacanciesAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret recruitment data and identify process improvementsExperience in candidate sourcing using multiple channels and platformsProven negotiation and relationship-building capabilities**Desirable Skills and Experience:**Familiarity with social media recruitment and digital sourcing strategiesKnowledge of Customer Relationship Management systemsExperience recruiting in the domiciliary care sectorUnderstanding of market trends and competitive salary benchmarking**Essential Attributes:**Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and complianceEmpathetic and inclusive approach to candidate interactionsAssertive and decisive in managing recruitment processesResilient and adaptable in a dynamic environmentGoal-oriented with commitment to achieving recruitment targetsInnovative mindset with enthusiasm for improving processesProfessional demeanour with transparent and ethical practiceCollaborative approach to working with internal teamsAdditional InformationIf you have a passion for caring and the motivation to help us achieve our ambitions, we would love to hear from you.We encourage applications from all sections of the community as we want to reflect the neighbourhoods in which we work.
