Job Description We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, stays calm under pressure, and communicates clearly with engineers, supervisors, and clients. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative scheduling team where no two days are the same and teamwork really matters. Key Responsibilities Review daily breach reports, identify urgent or early breaches, and escalate critical issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor. Allocate work orders to engineers, ensuring clear priorities and efficient use of resources. Manage breaches and SLAs, working in deadline order and escalating at-risk jobs with a clear resolution plan. Maintain accurate, detailed job notes and update statuses correctly across scheduling systems. Liaise regularly with engineers, supervisors, and colleagues via phone, email, and Teams to keep work moving. Review returned jobs in Maximo and PSO, ensuring they are acknowledged, updated, and clearly initialled. Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) by reviewing daily reports, filtering key data, and supporting effective scheduling. Maintain clear end-of-day notes and produce thorough handovers to ensure continuity between shifts. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications A positive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills. Excellent organisation and attention to detail. The ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. A genuine team-focused approach and willingness to support colleagues. Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, alongside scheduling systems such as Maximo or PSO. Previous experience in a scheduling, coordination, or service desk role. A strong understanding of working to SLAs and tracking performance.
