Location: Fawley
Contract: 29 hours per week- Monday & Fridayn10am-5pm, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10am-3pm
Salary: £12.71 per hour

YournKey Responsibilities
As ournKitchen Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring children receivennutritious meals in a safe and clean environment. Your duties will include:
- Preparing and organising food ingredients
- Supporting the chef with serving meals and managingn allergy requirements
- Maintaining excellent hygiene standards across then kitchen and dining areas
- Completing hygiene checklists and adhering ton Cleaning Schedules
- Receiving, rotating and organising food stock
- Monitoring cooking times and temperatures
- Loading/unloading the dishwasher
- Light cleaning and household duties
- Assisting in nursery rooms when required
WhatnWe’re Looking For
Essential:
- Experience managing dietary requirements and foodn allergies
- Knowledge of COSHH
- Experience in cooking within domestic or commercialn settings
- Fluent written and spoken English (GCSE grade C orn equivalent)
Desirable:
- Experience preparing meals for young children
