Active PCB is looking for a Programme Delivery Manager to join its expanding operations team. Working across multiple customer projects, you’ll play a key role in coordinating programmes, managing timelines and supporting successful project delivery within a dynamic electronics manufacturing environment.
Package
- £40,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working across Reading and Newbury

The Role
- Coordinate customer projects from onboarding through to successful delivery
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams
- Manage timelines, priorities and project updates across multiple programmes
- Support cross-functional collaboration across operations, engineering and procurement
- Help maintain smooth delivery within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Organised and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Keen to develop project management skills and grow within the role
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Previous experience within manufacturing, operations, coordination or customer-facing roles is beneficial
