We are currently supporting a key client in their search for a Product Owner. This is a unique opportunity to become part of their impressive success story and work closely with the CTO and CPO on taking their product to the next level!
Cyber Security knowledge would be fantastic for this role but we are also particularly interested in candidates who have worked within software houses, SaaS businesses or E-commerce platforms within fast-paced technology environments where agile delivery and customer focussed product development are Central to Success.
This role would suit a mid-level product owner looking to take ownership within a fast growing business and to work closely with senior stakeholders, Engineering teams and customers to delivery the highest quality products.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience as a Product Owner within a software development, SaaS, or technology-led business.
- Strong experience working in agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models.
- Demonstrable experience managing and prioritising product backlogs in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and commercial teams.
- Experience writing high quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and commercial priorities.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional software engineering teams in a fast paced delivery environment.
Desirable
- Experience within cyber security, compliance, or risk based technology products.
- Experience within ecommerce or transactional software platforms.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar agile tooling.
- Exposure to scaling technology businesses or high growth environments.
