Digital Delivery Manager
Fixed term contract: 18 – 24 months
Salary: circa £50,000 – £60,000
We are looking for a confident and hands on Digital Delivery Manager to support delivery across a growing portfolio of digital initiatives. This is a contract opportunity where you will play a key role in bringing structure, consistency, and momentum to delivery across the organisation.
The Role
You will work across multiple concurrent projects, supporting delivery planning and execution to ensure alignment with business priorities. This is a practical, mid level role with a strong focus on coordination, governance, and continuous improvement rather than senior strategic leadership.
You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders and the wider digital team to ensure delivery is well planned, clearly reported, and executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of a portfolio of digital projects, ensuring progress and alignment across initiatives
- Contribute to governance, reporting, and structured delivery planning
- Help improve delivery processes, tools, and ways of working across the team
- Support key initiatives including calculator redevelopment, AI chatbot, and contact platform change programme
- Contribute to longer term programmes such as service charge transparency
- Drive consistency, visibility, and accountability across delivery
About You
- You are a confident and practical Delivery Manager who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to busy environments. You are comfortable managing multiple workstreams and thrive in a collaborative, fast moving setting.
- You will have:
- Solid experience in digital delivery and project management
- Exposure to agile ways of working
- Experience supporting multiple projects or a portfolio rather than a single initiative
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- The ability to improve processes and ways of working
- A proactive and hands on approach to delivery
- Experience with supplier or commercial management would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Experience working within government, NGO, or not for profit environments would also be advantageous.
- This role is likely to suit someone from an SME environment who is used to being hands on and contributing across delivery.
This role has been positioned as a mid level Delivery Manager, with a focus on hands on execution, coordination, and process improvement. The emphasis is on someone who can confidently support delivery, bring structure, and ensure consistent progress across multiple workstreams.
