What We’re Looking For
- Strong Sous Chef or experienced Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
- Background in fresh food, seasonal British or farm-to-table cuisine
- Experience in quality-driven kitchens (hotel or restaurant)
- Confident in leading sections and supporting the Head Chef
- Organised, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
- Passion for produce, sustainability, and consistent standards
