HR Portfolio Change Analyst – Global HR Transformation
Location: Reading (Hybrid)
Travel: Occasional to Dublin
Contract: Initial 6 Months
Day Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35 if UK based)
We are looking for an experience HR Portfolio Change Analyst to support major HR transformation programmes at Portfolio level, helping to deliver clear, structured, and colleague‑focused change across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who has experience of at least one significant HR transformation project or programme at portfolio level.
What you’ll do
- Support change delivery across HR workstreams, ensuring activities are well‑planned and well‑executed
- Prepare Change Impact Assessments, stakeholder maps, and readiness materials
- Develop and maintain communications, training content, and programme documentation
- Assist with reporting, tracking, and coordination across project teams
- Contribute to go‑live preparation, hypercare activity, and transition into BAU
What you’ll bring
- 2–3+ years’ experience in Change, Transformation, Communications, HR, or similar roles
- Direct involvement in at least one major HR transformation project or programme
- Familiarity with core change concepts such as impacts, stakeholders, training, and communications
- Experience preparing materials, documentation, or reports for internal audiences
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in structured delivery environments
