We’re working with a progressive Local Authority in the West Midlands to appoint an experienced People Business Partner to support senior leaders in delivering their people strategy.
This is a genuinely strategic role, offering the opportunity to influence decision-making at senior level, lead transformation programmes, and shape workforce planning across complex services.
The Opportunity
You’ll partner directly with Directors and leadership teams, providing expert advice on organisational change, workforce strategy, and complex people matters. You’ll use insight and data to drive better outcomes, while leading the delivery of innovative, future-focused HR solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven HR Business Partner experience at senior level
- Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience delivering change and transformation
- Solid understanding of employment legislation
- Experience in a complex, unionised or public sector environment
