Livestream Sales Producer, TikTok ShopAbout the Role
We’re looking for a quick-thinking, high-energy TikTok Livestream Producer to join our growing social commerce team. You’ll play a critical role behind the scenes: supporting hosts, directing livestreams, monitoring live metrics, vocally shouting out orders and deals, and helping drive sales for top brands on TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities
- Run and oversee TikTok Shop livestreams from end to end
- Manage sales tactics during the show to drive GMV
- Make real-time adjustments to strategy and troubleshoot during streams
- Track live performance data and call out optimizations to hosts in the moment
- Interact with on-camera hosts during livestreams – engage with talent on-mic to keep energy up and conversation flowing
- Operate live production software and studio equipment (lights, cameras, monitors)
- Research and prep product talking points and brand messaging
- Collaborate with hosts and Managing Producer on show format, creative, and set needs
- Assist with set flips, gear maintenance, and stream wrap documentation
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- Flexible availability (non-standard hours, some evenings/weekends)
- Strong multitasking skills – can manage tabs, track KPIs, and troubleshoot calmly under pressure
- Clear, confident verbal communicator with strong presence on mic (radio/podcast-style voice ideal). Comfortable being a vocal presence on livestreams; can chime in naturally to enhance host dynamic
- Basic familiarity with studio lighting, cameras, and live production tools (eg. OBS)
- Passion for researching products and trends; ability to quickly grasp new brand messaging
- Sales-savvy, an instinct for what sells and how to pitch it in-stream
Strongly Preferred:
- Experience producing or moderating livestreams at another TikTok Shop Partner
- Familiarity with TikTok’s platform and creator culture
Training & Ramp-Up
If you’ve previously worked at a TikTok Shop Partner, you’ll hit the ground running.
If not, we offer a structured onboarding and paid training program – expect about 4 weeks of hands-on ramp-up with support from our senior producers.

Role Type: Contractor, 1099
Weekly Hours: Flexible; 20 – 35 hrs weekly, depending on availability and show assignment.
