Head of Asset Management

I have a client in the North West currently looking to fill an Interim Head of Asset Management position with a focus on LGR and establishing workstreams between organisations.

The best candidates will have a history of working in an Asset Management functions at a Head of Service Level.

Responsibilities

• Help oversee LGR Transition
• Work with associated organisations to establish workstreams
• Strategic based role to assist Asset Management Strategy
• Assist with Compliance for the Regulator of Social Housing

Requirements

• Prior knowledge and experience in Asset Management at a Head of Service level
• Past experience in overseeing multiple departments and workstreams
• Ideally holding an RICS qualification

Package

• 12-month contract
• Negotiable rate DOE
• Hybrid work
• Potential for extension or permanent position based on performance
