Our client, a leading Intellectual Property law firm, is actively looking to hire a bright and enthusiastic Future Trainee to join them on a 12 month fixed-term contract in London – working as their Knowledge Paralegal.
You’ll be part of an experienced Knowledge Team, supporting the firm’s AI initiatives. Working closely with the Knowledge Director and directly with Fee-Earners on a regular basis – you’ll be part of a team responsible for developing, documenting and maintaining AI-enabled workflows.
As the successful Knowledge Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for:
– Assisting with ensuring workflows are documented
– Assisting with the drafting and maintenance of guidance for Fee-Earners
– Conducting in-depth and complex legal research
– Acting as a point of contact for Fee-Earners using AI tools
– Capturing feedback on where AI can support and improve efficiency
– Tracking changes in AI tools and models
– Supporting the wider Knowledge Team in reviewing/refining AI-related processes

To be considered for this Knowledge Paralegal opportunity, you’ll need to be/have the following:
– Have a Training Contract confirmed, with 12 months availability
– Have a strong interest (and ideally experience) in AI tools
– An interest and/or experience in IP is beneficial but not essential
– Be able to commute to the London office on a regular basis
