Our client is a fast-paced, expanding firm in London looking for a vibrant Recruitment Administrator to join their office. This role is perfect for someone who is naturally confident, fantastic on the phone, and thrives in a varied, people-focused position.
No prior recruitment experience? No problem! We are looking for someone with a strong customer-facing background (such as hospitality, retail, customer service, or reception) who knows how to deliver a great first impression and connect with people instantly.
You will be the first point of contact for both prospective candidates and the existing sales team, acting as the brand’s gatekeeper and ensuring a professional, high-energy office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving the Pipeline: Proactively managing the candidate journey through high-volume phone screening, welcoming applicants, and coordinating interviews.
- Bubbly Outreach: Using your enthusiastic phone manner to engage with applicants, explain job roles, and get people excited about joining the team.
- Brand Ambassador: Acting as the primary, welcoming point of contact for prospective candidates and our internal sales team.
- Data & Logistics: Managing sales processing, Excel data entry, and providing executive-level support to keep daily operations seamless.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Using your customer service mindset to tackle daily challenges and streamline office processes.
