Senior Procurement Manager – Hard FM | ISS UK

(Stoke, Birmingham or London)

ISS is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to join our Supply Chain & Procurement function within the Hard FM category. This is a key role focused on driving commercial value, supplier performance, compliance and cost optimisation across the UK & Ireland business.

The role will support sourcing, tendering and contract management activities, working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver effective procurement strategies and maximise value from our Hard FM supply chain.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading sourcing and tendering activity across Hard FM categories
  • Developing and implementing category strategies and supplier frameworks
  • Driving cost savings, compliance and improved commercial performance
  • Managing supplier relationships, negotiations and contract performance
  • Ensuring strong governance, risk management and contractual compliance
  • Supporting bids, mobilisations and operational procurement requirements
  • Delivering spend analysis, reporting and value improvement initiatives
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement activity with business needs

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong procurement or supply chain experience within Hard FM
  • Experience in sourcing, tendering and contract negotiation
  • Excellent stakeholder and supplier relationship management skills
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability
  • Degree level education or CIPS qualification (desirable)
  • Construction Projects experience.
