The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Senior Energy Consultant to accelerate growth within the high-usage business energy sector.
This role combines:
- Conversion of a strong pipeline of high-value, high-intent prospects
- Self-generated new business development opportunities
A significant proportion of prospects will have already demonstrated clear intent to engage, allowing you to focus on strategic engagement and deal progression.
This is an opportunity for a self-starter who wants to maximise personal ambition while leveraging a lucrative and structured supply of qualified opportunities in a rapidly growing business.
The Role
You will engage directly with senior decision-makers including CEOs and CFOs, advising on:
- Energy procurement strategy
- Integrated energy solutions across multi-site portfolios
- Sustainable infrastructure project integration
- Compliance and bill audit services (SECR, CCL, VAT optimisation)
- Long-term energy structuring and cost strategy
The focus is consultative, strategic and commercially led.
Commission & Earnings
We offer:
- Competitive base salary
- Uncapped commission
- 50% upfront commission paid shortly after contract go-live
- 50% paid as ongoing monthly residual over max. 12 months
This enables you to build a significant recurring monthly income stream over time, alongside strong upfront earnings.
Requirements
Essential:
- Demonstrable success in Mid-Corporate level B2B sales
- Experience selling to senior decision-makers (CEO, CFO, Finance Director)
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
- Self-starting, self-sufficient mentality with new business drive
Desirable:
- Business energy sector experience
- Exposure to structured procurement or renewable solutions
Full product and systems training will be provided.
