We are looking for an experienced ERP Transformation Specialist to join the Employee Experience & HR team within a leading global business and technology transformation consultancy. This role focuses on leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation programmes, helping clients modernise core business systems and realise the full value of ERP platforms. You will shape technology-enabled transformation strategies, guiding clients through design and implementation to deliver measurable improvements to operational performance and organisational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ERP transformation programmes, defining strategy, scope, and delivery across HR-related and broader enterprise functions
  • Translate complex client needs into clear process, data, and system requirements, ensuring alignment with best-practice ERP architecture
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on platform strategy, deployment approaches, and value-realisation planning
  • Oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams, maintaining rigorous governance, risk management, and quality assurance across workstreams
  • Lead business development activities, including the development of proposals, RFPs, and new market-facing propositions
  • Contribute to internal practice development through whitepapers, campaign development, and the enhancement of ERP transformation methodologies
  • Coach and mentor consultants to build specialist capability and ensure high-quality delivery standards

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading ERP-led transformation programmes within a major consulting firm or a corporate environment with a strong consulting background
  • Deep understanding of the ERP implementation lifecycle, including process design, data migration, and system integration
  • Proven ability to operate effectively within a matrixed organisation, enlisting support from peers to sell and deliver complex solutions
  • Strong analytical and solution-design skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and provide pragmatic, business-aligned recommendations
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience leading workshops and guiding senior leaders through complex trade-off decisions
  • Flexibility to travel for client assignments across the UK as required

Desirable Experience

  • Specific experience across multiple major platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday
  • Experience in proposition building and developing service offerings within the HR or Employee Experience space
  • Familiarity with the integration of AI or advanced analytics within ERP environments
