£28,000 – £32,000
Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm | Friday finish at 4:30pm
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently supporting a well-established business in Bradford with the recruitment of a Service Planner to join their busy operations team.
This is a fully office-based role within a modern open-plan office, supporting remote field engineers across the Yorkshire region.
The position will involve coordinating engineer schedules and managing breakdown and service jobs from start to finish, including:
- Booking and coordinating engineers
- Organising and requesting parts
- Monitoring job progress and completion
- Managing job sheets and system updates
- Ensuring SLA targets are achieved
- Prioritising reactive breakdowns and urgent workloads
You’ll work closely alongside another planner in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
This role would suit someone with experience in:
- Service planning
- Scheduling
- Logistics coordination
- Reactive customer operations
