We’re hiring a Medical Assistance Case Manager for an insurance company to join a fast-paced, 24/7 operations team supporting insured clients who need urgent medical help abroad.

You’ll be the key point of contact for customers in challenging situations — coordinating medical care, assessing insurance coverage, and ensuring timely, empathetic support from first contact through to resolution.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing medical assistance cases from start to finish
  • Coordinating hospitals, doctors, and travel arrangements
  • Checking policy coverage and authorising treatment within guidelines
  • Supporting clients and families with clear, compassionate communication
  • Keeping accurate case records and escalating where needed

What we’re looking for

  • Customer service or contact centre experience (or 1+ year in claims/case handling)
  • Calm, organised, and confident working under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and a naturally empathetic approach
  • Comfortable working shifts in a 24/7 environment

Experience in insurance, healthcare, or medical coordination is a bonus
