✨ THE ROLE
We’re recruiting a Part-Time Receptionist / Front of House professional for a 6-month FTC at the London Global HQ of an award-winning, internationally recognised professional services firm.
Shifts flex between 7am–7pm across Wednesday, Friday and Friday — with the occasional overtime opportunity if you want it.
This is front of house reception done properly. Think hotel-style concierge service, seamless meeting room coordination, and being the face that every client remembers.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
✔ Meeting and greeting clients to a genuinely world-class standard — in person and virtually ✔ Running a hotel-style concierge service (taxis, restaurant recommendations, the works) ✔ Coordinating meeting rooms end-to-end: bookings, catering, AV, and all requirements ✔ Being the go-to expert for key client meetings and events ✔ Liaising with facilities, catering and tech teams to keep everything running smoothly ✔ Supporting the events and business development teams ✔ Keeping all client areas immaculate and beautifully presented ✔ Handling booking conflicts and competing demands with calm professionalism
