We are looking for Employment Lawyers at both senior and junior levels to support major corporate clients across the UK. You’ll bring your employment law expertise to the table, not just to advise, but to genuinely improve how clients operate.

What you’ll do

  • Advise major corporate clients on a broad range of employment and tribunal matters
  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships and adding value
  • Challenge and improve existing client processes, confidently proposing smarter ways of working, adding value beyond legal advice

What we’re looking for

  • Qualified Employment Lawyers (all PQE levels) with strong, demonstrable UK employment law expertise
  • Experience advising on contentious and/or non-contentious matters including tribunals but also dismissals, TUPE, discrimination, redundancy, and workplace policies
  • Client-facing confidence – comfortable engaging with business stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to see beyond the legal technicalities and deliver advice that truly works for the business

You must be available to start by mid-June, committing to a 4 or 5 day working week for approx. 3 months. These roles can be fully remote, or London office based.
