TYG is hiring a Business Development Executive / Manager to join our growing London team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the commercial side of recruitment and sales, but wants to focus far more on building and managing client relationships than day-to-day candidate management.
If you enjoy winning business, developing long-term partnerships, and being rewarded for the revenue you generate, this could be a really strong fit.
Unlike many sales roles where deals are transactional or one-off, the relationships you build here continue to generate revenue over time. You will work closely with our delivery team, meaning you can focus on growing accounts, developing new business, and becoming a trusted partner to clients across the US Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sectors.

Following a record-breaking year, we are continuing to grow our London office and are looking for commercially minded individuals to help drive the next stage of expansion.
We are currently a team of 24 with plans for significant growth over the coming years, creating genuine opportunities for progression and leadership as the business scales.
The role:
- Winning new business and developing client relationships
- Growing and managing existing accounts
- Leading client meetings and commercial discussions
- Acting as a strategic partner to clients across the US market
- Working closely with delivery consultants who manage the candidate side
- Negotiating terms and commercial agreements
- Driving revenue growth across your market
This role involves minimal recruitment administration or candidate management compared to a traditional 360 recruitment position.
