Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Front of House Manager located in Billericay. The Front of House Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing schedules, and supervising staff. Tasks include greeting and assisting patients, maintaining a welcoming reception area, managing appointments efficiently, and coordinating between clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth workflow. Additional responsibilities include overseeing sales of oral health products and training team members in best practices. leading a team of 4 you will create targets and monitor performance of your team. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust
- Experience in Sales and retail operations, particularly in healthcare-related products is advantageous
- Training and supervisory experience with an ability to guide and motivate staff
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage schedules and appointments efficiently
- Familiarity with healthcare environments is a plus
