Aboutthe role: Therole will require you to manage routine inspection and maintenance of allsystems to ensure that our Hydro power stations meet all statutory andlegislative requirements and remain efficient and reliable to maximiseopportunities for commercial running.
This will include supporting the design and implementation of inspection andmonitoring plans for short-, medium- and long-term asset integrity of allelectrical plant, control systems, instruments & associated systems.
You’ll also provide essential input into E, C&I projects from projectidentification, initiation, development and tendering through to deliveryprocesses.

Whowe’re looking for: Tobe successful in this role you’ll have a strong background in Electrical/C&I Engineering. Previous experience in Hydro or the wider power generationsector would be ideal. You’ll also hold an HNC in Electrical or C&I Engineering. A NEBOSH or IOSHcertificate in Health & Safety or equivalent would also bebeneficial. You’ll need highly developed communications and negotiation skills and be ableto form effective working relationships and persuade others to help solveproblems.
