The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Account Executive in a role split approximately 50% business development and 50% account management.
This isn’t a traditional cold outreach role. Instead, growth comes through building relationships across existing accounts, developing contractor networks and creating long term commercial opportunities. You’ll work closely with clients to identify opportunities, grow accounts and secure preferred supplier and framework positions across contractors.
What you’ll be doing
• Growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities
• Building relationships across contractors and construction businesses
• Driving preferred supplier and framework opportunities
• Managing opportunities from first conversation through to close
• Working collaboratively to deliver a great customer experience
• Maintaining pipeline and CRM activity
What you’ll need to apply
• Experience in sales, account management or business development
• Strong relationship building and commercial skills
• Experience managing accounts and driving growth
• Organised and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
• Construction experience helpful but not essential
