About the Role

Our client (an international medtech company) is rebalancing its online model towards stronger direct-to-consumer capabilities.

In this background, we are seeking a commercially driven and digitally savvy Global Channel Enablement Lead to accelerate performance across its global e-retail and marketplace ecosystem.

The role will play a key part in enhancing online visibility, customer engagement, and commercial execution across international digital channels.

Blending commercial strategy, e-commerce excellence, partner management, and omnichannel activation, the position is designed for a high-impact profile able to drive scalable growth initiatives across markets.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with local teams to elevate online commercial performance and execution.

Build and support strategic growth plans with key e-retailers and marketplace partners.

Optimize digital shelf visibility, merchandising standards, and customer journeys.

Identify and address friction points across the online-to-offline consumer experience.

Lead omnichannel initiatives and coordinate international pilot projects.

Develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices to support market acceleration globally.

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded profile combining:

Strong e-commerce and digital channel expertise,

Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills,

Hands-on experience in cross-functional and international environments,

Solid understanding of marketplaces, e-retail ecosystems, and omnichannel models.
