Theopportunity

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is one of the most influential leadership roles in the division.Youlllead a 90M+ national portfolio, with full accountability for commercial performance, operationalexcellenceand long-term growth across multiple UK client accounts.

Youll operate as the number two leader within the division, leading through a team of Account Directors and senior operational leaders, while helping shape the future direction of the business. This is more than an operational role. It is a chance to lead a food-led business at scale through brilliant operations, stronger client partnerships and food experiences that make a real difference in the workplace.

Whatyoullberesponsiblefor

  • Leading a 90M+ national portfolio with full commercial and operational accountability.
  • Driving business strategy, sustainable growth and strong financial performance across a complex, multi-site operation.
  • Leading, coaching and developing Account Directors and senior operational leaders to build high-performing, engaged and accountable teams.
  • Acting as Executive Sponsor for key national client relationships and building trusted, long-term partnerships.
  • Owning divisional budgets, forecasts, governance, compliance and risk management standards.
  • Leading complex negotiations, bids and strategic partnerships that support profitable growth.
  • Partnering closely with central support teams across food, people, finance, marketing and strategy to deliver a joined-up business plan.
  • Championing innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement, while ensuring Eurests food offer remains relevant, consistent and compelling.
  • Connecting commercial delivery with better food& drinks, better breaks and better workplace experiences for clients and customers.

Aboutyou

Youre a commercially astute senior leader with the credibility, resilience and strategic capability to lead at scale. You know how to turn strategy into delivery, how to build belief in a vision and how to drive performance through others.

Youllbring:

  • Significant experience leading large, complex national or multi-site operations.
  • Full senior-level P&L accountability.
  • Experience managing through senior leaders or Account Directors.
  • Strong commercial, strategic and financial acumen.
  • A focus on health & safety with programmes designed to keep our customers and colleagues safe
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • A track record of driving performance, engagement and growth.
  • A genuine belief that food is more than a service line it is a powerful part of workplace culture, wellbeing and performance
  • A full UK driving licence

Desirable experience includes:

  • Sector or divisional transformation leadership.
  • Managing complex operational structures.
  • Operating in regulated or margin-sensitive environments.
