A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing social housing repairs and maintenance contract across the Midlands region.
This role will suit someone with strong planned works and refurbishment experience within social housing, who can confidently manage site operations, subcontractors and customer‑focused delivery.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will oversee the delivery of planned maintenance and refurbishment works across occupied housing properties, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Projects will include:
- External and internal refurbishment works
- Roofing and scaffolding projects
- Windows and doors replacements
- Wall cavity insulation
- Storage heater installations
- Works within occupied properties and tower blocks
About You
To be considered, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager within social housing refurbishment or planned works
- SMSTS qualification
- Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and Health & Safety
- Experience managing subcontractors and planned works programmes
