They are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Room Leader to take ownership of their room, inspire their team, and help deliver the high standard of care and education this nursery is known for.

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above – essential
• Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner within a nursery setting
• A warm, nurturing leadership style that fits naturally into a home-from-home environment
• A solid understanding of EYFS and early childhood development
• Someone who embraces outdoor learning and loves seeing children have fun and explore
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and a strong communicator with families and staff

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day running of your room with warmth, confidence, and consistency
• Creating a cosy, stimulating environment that reflects the nursery’s home-from-home ethos
• Planning and delivering creative, engaging activities in line with EYFS
• Making the most of the fun outdoor area, encouraging children to explore, adventure, and play freely
• Observing and documenting children’s development, sharing progress meaningfully with familiesMentoring and supporting room-based staff, acting as a positive and consistent role model
• Contributing to the wider nursery team and upholding the nursery’s Good Ofsted standards
