The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, and leasing transactions
- Handling landlord and tenant matters
- Supporting development and investment transactions
- Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, and related documentation
- Working closely with colleagues across departments on wider commercial matters
- Providing practical, commercially focused legal advice
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Key Responsibilities
- Running a commercial property caseload appropriate to your level of experience
- Drafting and negotiating legal documentation, including leases and contracts
- Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
- Supporting senior colleagues on complex transactions where required
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate file management and records
- Meeting deadlines and contributing to team targets
About You
The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially aware, and eager to progress their career. You will have:
- Qualified Solicitor with 1–6 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- Experience handling a range of commercial property transactions
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters
- A proactive and professional approach
