Key Skills & Requirements

• Experience in logistics or transport planning.
• A customer-first approach with a keen eye for efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills – face to face, by phone, and in writing.

Key Responsibilities

• Owning the daily delivery plan – from scheduling to reconciliation.
• Responding quickly to real-time challenges (vehicle issues, emergencies, last-minute customer needs).
• Communicating clearly with Customer Service, Distribution, and Planning teams.
• Coaching and developing your team through regular feedback and reviews.
• Supporting site initiatives including safety meetings, audits, and continuous improvement projects.
• Control of KPI’s through tiered accountability meetings.
