Outreach Learning Coach – SEND & Re-Engagement Mentor

United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is hiring for the role of Outreach Learning Coach to deliver outreach-based support to learners disengaged from mainstream education in locations such as Barnstaple and Bideford. This role focuses on building confidence and emotional regulation to assist young people in returning to education or training.

The successful candidate will engage in 1:1 sessions, support learners with SEND needs, and must possess a calming approach along with driving capabilities.
