Based at: Llansamlet, Swansea
Role Purpose:You will play a key role in supportingAdferiad’sincome generation activity, helping to secure and sustain funding that enables ourcharityto make a meaningful impact. Working as part of the Business Development team, you will contribute to the deliveryof ourincome generation strategy through the co-ordination, developmentand submission of high-quality funding bids.
The post-holder will support the identification of new opportunities, the retention of existing contractsand the mobilisation of newly secured services.
The role involves working closely with operational colleagues to understand service delivery, outcomesand future needs, using this insight to inform grant and tender applications.Youwill also work with colleagues in Research and Evaluation, Data, Communicationsand Public Affairs to gather information and develop content that reflects the impact of our services.
