Gatehouse Security Officer

Location: Manchester M8

Shift Pattern:

• 4 on / 4 off (Days). Must be able to work nights if required.
• 0500 – 1700

Pay Rate:

• £12.71 per hour
• 42 hours per week
• Weekly equivalent: £533.82 per week
• Paid monthly – second Tuesday of every month

The Role

This is a gatehouse-based position responsible for controlling access to site.

Duties include:

• Booking in deliveries
• Registering contractors and visitors
• Checking authorisation
• Maintaining site records
• Communicating with drivers & site staff
• Using Excel & Word to log entries

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in gatehouse, reception or site security
• Confident communicator
• Comfortable using computers & basic IT systems
• Organised and professional
