We’re currently supporting a leading defence organisation in Bristol as they continue to expand their Systems Integration capability.
This role sits within a highly collaborative engineering team focused on delivering complex systems across the full lifecycle, from integration and deployment through to testing and validation.
You’ll play a key part in deploying software onto hardware, supporting integration activities, and ensuring systems are delivered to a high standard.
Responsibilities
Deploy and install software onto hardware systemsSupport system integration activities across engineering teamsCarry out testing and validation using pre-defined proceduresWork with project leads to support delivery schedules and key milestonesEnsure all integration follows safety, security, and documentation processesAssist in maintaining system records, documentation, and asset trackingCollaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues
Experience & Skills
You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the following is highly desirable:
Background in systems integration, deployment, or installationExperience working with hardware and software environmentsFamiliarity with Linux and/or Windows operating systemsExperience supporting testing, validation, or system buildsAbility to follow technical instructions and installation processesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
