Data Analyst

Location: Raynesway, Derby.

This role supports improvement and delivery by using data analytics to assess performance levels, provides data for service offering to retailers, facilitates process improvements, and drives dynamic problem solving.

Key Accountabilities

• Monitor and use all relevant performance data of their own and other teams to promote and drive continuous improvement in performance.
• Source, collect and extract data that is accurate and fit for purpose, working with the business to update and improve how we share this data.
• Work as part of a team, where appropriate, on specific projects or day‑to‑day continuous improvement ideas.
• Report performance data for our metering field force to ensure alignment on SLA and KPI compliance.
• Support the Metering Operations Manager & Field Manager in identifying gaps in available reporting and produce/procure new reporting measures where necessary.
• Gather data and produce reports on the performance of our meter reading schedule, customer service visits and services we provide from both a household and non‑household perspective, working with team leaders and planners to improve performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a range of different people.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Experience producing reports using large amounts of data.
• Proficient in IT software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
