Location: Leeds and surrounding areas
Pay: £95–£130 per day (depending on role and experience)
Contract: Flexible, Part-time, Full-time, Day-to-Day and Long-Term Opportunities

We’re supporting a range of welcoming primary, secondary and SEND schools across Leeds who are looking for reliable, enthusiastic support staff to join their teams.

What could your day look like?

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons when teachers are absent
  • Keep pupils engaged and learning
  • Manage classroom behaviour with confidence and consistency
  • Build positive relationships across different schools and year groups

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll:

  • Support pupils in the classroom, both individually and in small groups
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Work closely with teachers to support learning and development
  • Provide additional support for pupils with SEND where required

We’re looking for people who:

  • Have experience working with children or young people
  • Are confident, adaptable and approachable
  • Can build positive relationships quickly
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Are passionate about making a difference in education

Experience in schools is great, but it’s not always essential. If you’ve worked in youth work, coaching, care, mentoring, tutoring or similar roles, we’d love to chat.
