Customer Journey Manager / Business Analyst – Trade Finance
London / Edinburgh (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
12-Month Contract
We’re looking for a Customer Journey Manager / Business Analyst with strong Trade Finance experience to support a major banking transformation programme focused on customer journey mapping, API enablement, and digital product evolution.
You’ll work across Documentary Trade, Guarantees, Collections, SCF, and Receivables Finance, helping define “as-is” and “to-be” client journeys while collaborating with architecture, engineering, product, and business teams.
Key experience required:
- Strong background in Trade Finance workflows & client journeys
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Exposure to API-led transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management across business & technology teams
- Knowledge of cloud/data architecture and governance frameworks
- Experience with platforms such as Surecomp, Finastra, FIS, CredAble
- Trade digitisation or transformation programme exposure
Hybrid working with long-term programme visibility and excellent project scope.
