The Role

Run social for up to three Web3 clients. You’re not the executor of someone else’s plan. You are the plan. Strategy, calendar, copy, video cuts, posting, engagement, reporting. End to end.

This isn’t a polish-the-feed role. We need someone who can build presence in the spaces where attention is brutal. X for crypto. TikTok and Reels for the creator economy crossover. YouTube for long-tail authority. Every brand we work on is competing with creators who post 5x a day. You’ll be set up to compete.

What we actually need

  • You live on X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. You can name the accounts winning on each right now and tell us why.
  • You’re video-first. CapCut, Descript, Premiere. Pick your weapon. Short-form is where you start, not where you end.
  • You have a point of view. Your copy sounds like a person, not a brand committee.
  • You’re edgy enough to stand out and sharp enough to know when to pull back.
  • Web3 fluency in one of two flavours: (1) you already know the basics and you learn fast, or (2) you’re deep on fintech and ready to switch in. Both work. We’ll know which you are in the first interview.
  • You’re organised. 3 brands at once doesn’t break you.

Day to day

  • Own content calendars across X, IG, TikTok and YouTube for your accounts.
  • Write native copy: threads, captions, memes, hooks. Match the brand, never lose the feed. NOT AI CONTENT.
  • Cut short-form video from raw footage. AMAs, podcasts, conference clips, founder content.
  • Build simple graphics from brand templates in Canva or Figma. You don’t wait for design.
  • Track performance weekly. Tell us what’s working and what to kill.
  • Manage client approvals directly. Push back when you need to.
  • Manage community (engagement / comments / replies / followers).

What you bring

  • 3+ years in social. Agency experience preferred.
  • Real fluency on X, IG, TikTok and YouTube. Not theoretical.
  • Strong copywriting. You know what stops a scroll and what reads as filler.
  • Short-form video editing in CapCut, Descript, Premiere or similar.
  • Basic design instincts in Canva or Figma.
  • Web3 fluency + fast learning, or deep fintech + appetite to switch in.
