Our client is a premier multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy based in the heart of Winchester. They are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join a team that prides itself on technical excellence and high-impact delivery. This is a role for a “Construction Native”—someone who understands the DNA of a building project from the first shovel in the ground to the final handover.

Multi-Sector Delivery: Lead projects across Education, Healthcare, and Mixed-Use commercial/residential schemes.
Consultancy Excellence: Provide high-level technical advice and pre-to-post contract management services.
Contractual Mastery: Manage a variety of contract suites, including NEC and JCT, ensuring commercial success and risk mitigation.
Operational Control: Use Asta PowerProject or MS Project to maintain precision in scheduling and milestone achievement.
Collaborative Leadership: Act as the central hub between clients, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams.

We are looking for a PM who is technically grounded and professionally driven.
Experience: Circa 4–6 years of post-qualification experience within a professional Construction Consultancy.
The Credentials: A degree in a construction-related subject is essential.
Chartership Goal: You are ideally MCIOB, MRICS, or MAPM qualified, or are currently on the pathway to achieving your chartered status.
Skillset: A deep understanding of design coordination, procurement, and value engineering.
