Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and promote suitable used vehiclesAchieve and exceed individual sales targets in a customer-focused mannerBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, enhancing customer satisfactionConduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features effectivelyProcess sales transactions efficiently and accuratelyAssist in achieving dealership sales objectives and reputationKeep up-to-date with vehicle knowledge, industry developments, and market trendsSupport the team with promotional activities and showroom presentationRequirements of a Sales Executive:
Proven experience in automotive sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong desire to deliver outstanding customer serviceFull UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 6 monthsEnthusiasm for cars and automotive knowledge is highly desirableAbility to work five days per week, including weekends on a rota basisTo qualify for a company vehicle, candidates must have held a valid driving licence for at least six monthsIf you are enthusiastic, driven, and looking to further your career as a Sales Executive, this is an ideal opportunity to join a respected dealership committed to staff training and customer satisfaction.
