Project Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer – Kent
This leading national residential developer has an exciting opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Kent regional business.
As a Project Quantity Surveyor with this established and growing team you will work with a young, dynamic commercial team that has seen consistently good financial results.
This is a great opportunity for progression with a clear plan from this initial Quantity Surveyor role on a live project in Canterbury, Kent. With 2yrs to completion you will manage this project and when ready receive another alongside it to follow on with.
Responsibilities
- Manage the live project in Canterbury, Kent from start to completion (approximately two years remaining).
- Collaborate with a young, dynamic commercial team and contribute to consistently strong financial results.
- Progress to take on an additional project alongside the current one as readiness allows.
Qualifications
- Quantity Surveying degree or working towards degree qualification.
- Experience of new build houses and flats is essential; ideally on multi-phased developments.
- Experience with a Residential Developer and having completed at least two projects from start to finish.
