Delighted to be working exclusively with our well‑established manufacturing client in Fife is looking for an experienced Planning & Procurement Coordinator to take ownership of planning, materials control and stock management. This is a key role ensuring customer orders are delivered on time, in full, and with maximum efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead production planning and materials scheduling.
  • Manage stock levels across raw materials, packaging, WIP and finished goods.
  • Use MRP/ERP tools to forecast demand and minimise stockouts.
  • Build and adjust production plans to optimise labour, changeovers and service levels.
  • Communicate shortages, risks and plan changes across the business.
  • Support quarterly stocktakes and inventory accuracy.
  • Develop strong supplier relationships and manage customer‑supplied packaging.
  • Act as ERP/planning system super user and support BOM accuracy.
  • Contribute to capacity planning and seasonal demand management.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in production planning, materials purchasing or stock control.
  • Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems.
  • Excellent communication, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Confident with KPIs, reporting and data analysis.
  • Comfortable in a busy, collaborative operations environment.
  • Willingness to travel to suppliers/customers when required.
