Company IntroductionWe have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Securities Services Change Project Manager to join their team for a twelve-month contract.
Job Responsibilities/Required Skills
5 – 10 years? commercial experience in change management, with exposure to a variety of delivery environments and approachesProven track record in navigating complex change initiatives and adapting to different situational challengesStrong client-facing experience, with the ability to operate at a consistently high standard in terms of pace, quality, and outcomes (including BAFO processes)3 – 5 years? commercial experience within Securities Services (SSV) or a closely related domainAbility to engage in technical discussions with clients and internal teams, anticipating potential issues and identifying viable solutionsDemonstrated understanding of Securities Services functions, including:Fund administrationMiddle office/servicing teamsTransfer agencyCustody
Human SkillsStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilitiesExcellent communication skills (written and verbal), tailored for senior and client audiencesHigh emotional intelligence and self-awarenessAbility to influence outcomes without formal authorityStrong problem-solving mindset, especially in complex and high-pressure environments
