The Opportunity
We’re working with a well-established and busy automotive dealership in Bristol that is looking to appoint an experienced Parts Supervisor. This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your parts career, leading a small team within a fast-paced and successful aftersales department.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the day-to-day running of the parts department
- Oversee and assist parts advisors to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory accuracy
- Ensure timely supply of parts to workshop and trade customers
- Handle escalated customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain manufacturer standards and company processes
- Support training and development of junior team members
About You
- Experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts systems
- Leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
