Site Operative

Location: Millerhill (EH21) Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: Initially 2 weeks Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Working Hours Monday to Friday on a rotating shift basis. You must be able to work all three shifts: 06:00 – 14:30 09:00 – 17:30 11:30 – 20:00 Key Responsibilities Sort food waste to remove contamination before it enters the processing system Carry out general cleaning duties across the site, including pressure washing where required Operate the weighbridge computer system to log vehicles entering and leaving the site Report any issues, faults, or health and safety concerns to management promptly Follow all health and safety procedures at all times Key Skills & Experience Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing tasks to a high standard Comfortable carrying out manual work and being on your feet throughout the shift Able to maintain cleanliness across the site and identify potential issues Strong team player with a proactive attitude Willing to take initiative and support with a variety of tasks as required Able to follow instructions carefully and communicate issues clearly41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15…
