Support Worker – Day & Night Shifts

Working with a 68-year-old male client with an Acquired Brain Injury, you will help him remain engaged in daily life, access the community and work towards rehabilitation goals in a way that is meaningful to him. There are 2x positions available – one to start immediately after induction until August 2026; These roles will suit people who enjoys the outdoors, has a positive and proactive approach, and takes pride in delivering compassionate, person-centred care. 14.00 per hour depending on experience~ Part time hours across days, evenings and weekends~ Structured induction and peer reviewed probation programme~ Ongoing supervision and regular formal meetings~ Bespoke in-house and specialist client specific training~ Company pension scheme~ Participation in the Better Health at Work Scheme~ Company events, social activities and celebrations~ As a Support Worker your role will include: Supporting a male client with Acquired Brain Injury in his own home and local community Assisting with medication administration and some aspects of personal care Encouraging engagement in activities and rehabilitation goals Assisting with community access and outdoor activities Helping the client remain focused, motivated and independent What we’re looking for in a Support Worker Previous experience working within the health or social care sector NVQ / Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience Full UK driving licence and confidence driving a larger vehicle An interest in rehabilitation and supporting independence Somebody who enjoys outdoor activities and community engagement We are committed to helping clients live meaningful and rewarding lives following life changing injuries and conditions.
