This is a rare opportunity for a commercially focused operational leader to play a key strategic role within a modern private hospital environment that is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, outstanding customer service, and sustainable growth.
Working closely with the CEO and Director of Clinical Services, the Operations Director will take overall responsibility for all non-clinical operational functions across the hospital. The organisation has ambitious growth plans and is seeking an individual who can bring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and operational expertise to support both service development and the continued enhancement of patient experience.
