KPI Education is working in partnership with a flourishing and highly respected secondary school in the Royal Borough of Greenwich to recruit an outstanding Maths Teacher for a permanent full-time position. The Role
The successful candidate will join a well-established and well-resourced Maths department, teaching across KS3 to KS5. The school is seeking a dynamic classroom practitioner who can inspire students, promote high achievement and contribute positively to the continued success of the department.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5
Inspire students to develop confidence, resilience and strong problem-solving skills
Monitor and assess student progress, providing clear and effective feedback
Differentiate lessons to support students of varying abilities and learning needs
Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives within Maths
Maintain positive classroom environments with high expectations for behaviour and achievement
Build strong professional relationships with students, colleagues and parents
Support the wider life of the school through enrichment and pastoral contributions
Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing teacher training
Degree in Mathematics or a related subject
Passion for Maths and education
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ability to motivate and inspire students across all key stages
Commitment to raising attainment and supporting student success
